Placing an order is an offer to buy. We accept it when we send a shipping confirmation. We may cancel an order if an item is out of stock, a price was shown in error, or we suspect fraud. If that happens, you will be refunded in full.

Prices are shown in the currency selected at checkout and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. Payment is taken at checkout through our payment provider. We do not store your card details.

Delivery options, costs and estimated times are shown at checkout before you pay. Estimates are not guarantees, and delays caused by carriers or customs are outside our control. Import duties and taxes on international orders are paid by the buyer.

You can return pants within 14 days of delivery if they are unworn, unwashed and have the original tags attached. Start a return through our contact page with your order number.

Once we receive and inspect the return, we refund the original payment method within 5–10 business days. Return shipping is paid by the customer unless the item is faulty or we sent the wrong one. If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, tell us within 48 hours of delivery and include a photo.

We try to describe and photograph our pants accurately, but colors may look different on your screen and sizing can vary slightly between styles. Check the size guide and fit description on each product page before ordering.

All text, images, logos and designs on this site belong to PANTS.co or its licensors. You may not copy or reuse them without written permission.

We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, including your statutory consumer rights.

We may update these terms from time to time. The version published when you place an order applies to that order. These terms are governed by the laws of the country where PANTS.co is established. This does not affect the consumer rights you have in your own country.
